Arbitration

Any dispute related to your use of the Volcanic Drinks website or services purchased will be subject to confidential arbitration. Volcanic Drinks may seek injunctive or other relief in state or federal court, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction. Arbitration will be conducted under American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitrator’s award will be binding and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction. Arbitration under this agreement cannot be joined with arbitration involving other parties, and no punitive damages can be awarded.

E-commerce, Retail and Fulfillment Partners

When you purchase products through our website, certain personal information may be collected and processed in conjunction with our e-commerce, retail, payment, shipping and fulfillment partners.
